NOTE: The Street Light Banners will be 24 inches wide and 48 inches long.

Please read and sign: The undersigned does hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless West Central Community Development Group and the City of Albuquerque, their elected and/or appointed officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers and subcontractors from and against any and all causes of action, claims, liabilities, obligations, judgments, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of litigation (“claims”) arising out of, or in connection with, the participation in the 2021 “3rd Annual Celebrate Rt. 66 West Central Street Light Banner Project”, excepting only loss, injury, damage or cost that arise out of intentional wrongful acts, violations of law, or the sole and active negligence of any of the above named entities. The undersigned also releases to the West Central Community Development Group and the City of Albuquerque the right to reproduce original artwork on their banners at no cost to the City. The West Central Community Development Group is responsible for the production and installation of the banners.

Please use this form to submit your artwork or download and print the application and deliver to West Central Community Development Group (WCCDG), 5921 Central Ave. SW, ABQ, NM 87105. Application must be submitted to WCCDG by July 16 (Friday), 2021 by 7:00 pm.
