Empower Local Youth and Your Business: Join the Bernalillo County High School Summer Intern Program

Dear Local Employers,

Are you interested in making a difference in the lives of local high school students? Do you want to provide them with invaluable work experience while also giving back to your community?

Look no further than the Bernalillo County high school summer intern program!

As the fiscal agent for the grant funds, Bernalillo County takes care of all employment costs, allowing you to focus on providing interns with a great work experience. With thier help, you can introduce these students to life-enhancing work opportunities that inspire and motivate them to pursue careers in your industry.

The program provides employability training to interns before their first day on the job, ensuring they have the basic soft skills necessary for success. The 8-week program is part-time, 20 hours per week, with June 12th as their first day on the job. Students aged 16-18 will earn $13.50 per hour while gaining invaluable experience in your industry.

By participating in our program, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of our community. You will be providing students with the chance to explore potential career paths and gain real-world experience that will be invaluable as they pursue their goals.

Additionally, partnering with us is a great way to give back to your community and show your commitment to investing in our future. By providing local youth with enriching opportunities, you are helping to build a stronger, more prosperous community for everyone.
