The West Central Community Development Group is providing notice that it is accepting RFI’s (request for information) for two spaces at the coming Route 66 Visitors Center.
They are a 4,500 Sqft Taproom & a 4,852 Sqft Banquet Room overlooking Albuquerque from atop the 9 Mile Hill Area. We are looking for an Albuquerque Area Brewery/Taproom Operator & and a Banquet/Event business operator to join our community.
We’re looking for a simple letter of interest and general concepts for the Taproom & Banquet room space at the Route 66 Visitors Center by October 15, 2020. The final details and designs are not required for this phase of the process.
